power thoughts

I was in a serious funk last week. I blamed it on plenty of things. Not being satisfied with my job (or the commute), not eating the best that I could, not sleeping enough, not having internet in my house.

I re-turned to a lifechanger for me. Louise Hay’s I Can Do It audiobook. It’s an oldie but a goodie. The name may be cheesy but I recommend it to everyone. Being aware of your inner dialogue and the words that you speak to yourself is so powerful.

The longest and most important relationship that you will have in your life is the one that you have with yourself. Why not make it a loving one?

[here] are 101 power thoughts. I hope that they are as helpful for you as they have been for me.

I just listened to it. I will listen to it again on repeat. I am glad you found some peace with this audio. It tough times, remember what Eckhart says. “This too will pass”. or as Grandma said. “This too will pass and then there will be something else.”
